Triple Arc Flute Design

RMM’s exclusive Triple Arc Flute Design features an innovative structure where the flute tip and bottom are connected by an external tangent arc. This ensures full engagement between the upper and lower corrugating rolls, reducing vibration and noise while minimizing flute wear and extending roll lifespan.

Common Questions and Answers

1
What is Dasong’s Free TFP Service?
Dasong’s Free TFP (Tailor-made Flute Profile) Service is a complimentary pre-sale service that provides customized flute profile designs based on customers’ specific needs, optimizing production efficiency.
2
What is BCT, FCT, ECT?
These are important tests for measuring the strength of corrugated board.BCT measures a box’s maximum vertical load capacity, indicating stacking strength; FCT assesses the fluting medium’s resistance to flatwise pressure, reflecting cushioning performance; ECT tests the board’s edgewise compressive strength, directly linked to load-bearing capacity. Together, they ensure packaging durability, optimized design, and safe transportation.
3
What is the difference between U, UV, and V type?
These refer to the flute profile of corrugating rollers, affecting board formation and strength. The V-type has sharp peaks, offering high rigidity and compressive strength but low bonding and elasticity, with a short roller lifespan. The U-type features round corrugations, offering good bonding, cushioning, and a long roller lifespan, but with weaker stacking resistance. The UV-type combines the strengths of both, offering balanced performance with high compressive strength, bonding, and elasticity, making it ideal for modern production lines.
4
What is TUR ?
TUR (Take-Up Ratio) refers to the utilization rate of the corrugated medium during board production. It indicates how much corrugated medium is used relative to the final corrugated board length.
