How many standard flute profiles do you offer?

We offer a variety of flute profiles, including K, A, C, V, B, W, E, and micro flutes such as F, N, O, and G, etc. at the same time, our TFP service can design special flute profiles to meet different production needs.

Can you produce D flute and T flute?

Yes, we can. The D flute, developed by BHS, has a profile height of 1.8–2.1 mm, while the T flute, from Tiruna, measures 1.47–2.07 mm—similar to our W flute, which ranges from 1.7–2.05 mm. Our TFP service covers all these flute types.

How do I choose the optimal flute combination?

We assess your specific production needs, such as better printing performance with E-flute, lower TUR (Take-Up Ratio), or better ECT, FCT, and BCT. Based on these factors, we help you design the most suitable flute combination.
