Foundation and Early Vision (1994–1997)
RMM (Shanghai Dasong Corrugating Roll Co., Ltd.) was founded in May 1994 with a clear mission—to specialize in corrugating roll manufacturing. Under the leadership of Mr.Martin wu, RMM focused all resources on perfecting corrugating rolls, establishing a strong foundation for future growth.
  • Defined corrugating rolls as the core product.
  • Registered the RMM trademark.

RMM prioritized quality as its core strategy, investing in advanced manufacturing technology and implementing a rigorous quality control system. The company set a strict standard—"No quality, no business"—which became the foundation for long-term success.
  • 1997: Expanded into a 6,000-square-meter independent facility.
  • 1999: Introduced the first CNC corrugating roll machine.
  • 2002: Achieved ISO quality certification.
  • 2002: Introduced the Praxair tungsten coating equipment JP5000 from the U.S.
  • 2002: Developed the first tungsten carbide corrugating roll.
